The service works in two ways, one is to use your PC with internet connection another is to use your mobile phone.

In the first instance, the calls cost less, but the internet provider will charge for the generated traffic(unless its unlimited). By choosing to use your mobile instead, internet connection is not needed, however two calls are being charged for; one is to your number, the other is the actual call to the destination.

	Traditional Method (sip)

Must have a dedicated internet connection.

• Special software is installed- either software phone or free plug-in for the FireFox. Using headset with a microphone you can call the rest of the world.



• A hardware device could be purchased and installed, for example Sipura, a tone dialling telephone is then connected to the device and used as normally.



• FOC customers using Traditional Method(sip) can call each other free of charge.

Must have access to a mobile phone.

• First register your mobile phone number on our website, using the control panel. Sending an SMS with your desired destination number to +420739367848 will connect your handset with the destination number as requested.



• Alternatively a WAP site acessible at wap.freeopencall.com can be used to order a call. In the control panel navigate to Ordering a Call, where two numbers to be linked by a connection can be specified. A call can also be ordered in the control panel on our www site.
