To use "Call Ordering" (callback) no additional set up is required. Start calling straight away!
If you are willing to use "Call Ordering" via SMS, please make sure that we have your mobile phone number stored, by logging onto the control panel of our website and checking under the Mobile Numbers list.

All settings to make calls using the Traditional Method (sip) via the Internet connection can be found in your control panel on the website.
