All phone numbers must be entered in full international format, i.e.
country_code followed by city_code and phone_number.
For example, a number in Prague 420270000392, or a number in Moscow 74956835636.

Must have access to a mobile phone.
- Send an SMS with the destination number in international format to +420739367848. A call will first be made to your handset, when answered a tone will be audible, at this time connection attempt would be made with the destination number as requested in the SMS. It is also possbile to order a connectioon between any two other numbers, to do so, include the word "call" and two phone numbers into the SMS request.
- Start up the Incall application on your JAVA enabled handset.
- Visit out WAP site, was.freeopencall.com. In you control panel navigate to "Call Order" and enter two phone numbers in international format to be linked by a connection. Alternatively use the control panel on our www site.

Must have a PC with dedicated Internet connection.
- If a special program is used to make calls, enter the destination number into the appropriate field prefixing 00 before the number in international format and click the "Call" button.
- If a device is used, lift the receiver and after the tone dial the number in international format, prefixing 00.
- To make free calls to other FOC subscribers, dial as normally, using the subscribers five digit number, no prefixing or other number operation is required.
