Call Skype Number

It is now possible to order a call through SMS and from the control panel between any phone number, including our five digit number and a Skype account. Skype calls are free of charge. Calls to our 5 digit number are free as well. Calls to landline and mobile phones are charged as per our
standard tariff.

	Redirect FOC calls to Skype

It is possible to redirect an incoming call to any Skype account. When activating the redirection you can now add a Skype account to redirect the calls to, in addition to the usual landline and mobile number redirects. Skype account call redirection is free of charge.

	Making a call from Skype to FOC

Calls can be made from a Skype account to your five digit FOC number. (with full support of your redirection settings ) To receive incoming Skype calls you need to first register a UPL-Skype
account. It can then be used as a regular Skype account, but should you be offline, all calls will be redirected to you FOC number. You can order FOC-Skype account from the FOC control panel, this service has an activation fee.
Should you already have an existing Skype account, you can easily place a redirection from this account to UPL-Skype and receive calls to your initial Skype account even when you are not in Skype.
